When first hired was told pay rate and probation period, were one thing and changed my copy of letter of employment. They signed this letter and then after first pay was told that pay rate and probation period was something else, I produced the letter and was informed that they didn't have this on their copy. Was asked what would make this better, I informed them that they needed to honour their agreement. Their new H.R. person said that they couldn't do that, followed by me leaving their service. Not a good way to treat your Staff. I could have taken this to a higher source but they are not worth wasting my time with.
