There is so much sh*t to be said working at the NHS. i dont know where to begin. we get treated like shit. get put into dangerous situations we we have to hold down a combative patient while medication kicks in.. Getting handcuffs would come in handy but the "Client" doesnt seem to understand that this can be a dangerous place to work at. she is stuck in the 1980's and needs a reality check. If you have a penis you will shat on unless your a Dyke. Nothing will get done until someone gets hurt. The pay is sh*t! we recently got a .23 cent raise...ARE YOU F*CKING KIDDING ME?? .23 cents is garbage i would rather not have gotten it.. thats a c*ck slap in the face.. they say they are one of the only security companies that pay better...BULLSH*T! Operations/scheduling mess up everyday.. they do more f*ck ups then they do right. They always put me on hold so they can go answer another call..They should finish MY call before they answer another!! They usually over book or dont book someone at all..Overall there a F*cking joke. NHS & the client is a F*cking Joke!!

This company sucks, just plain sucks. We work within the NHS and for the same pay as a fry cook, I’ve been spit on by patients with Hep C, bled on by patients with HIV and worse, I’ve been punched and kicked. The management are notorious liars and they have their heads so far up the NHS a$$ they can’t see day light. The care nothing about the employees and have on several occasions placed the blame on employees for things that were not only not their fault but in some cases weren’t even working when the problem came up. We pay union dues but the union refuses to help with any problems and in fact the one time I asked for the reps number I was thrown out of the supervisor’s office and for the next month was lucky to get 1 shift a week. This is what Paladin stands for.

To start this company is horrible to work for, the pay is minimum wage and no matter how long u have worked here you don't get a raise, which when ur in the hiring process they do tell you that 3 months after being hired you will get a raise.. Ontop of the unfair amount of pay, comes the responsibility given to the security employees, we have numerous of things we have to do daily aswell as responding to all codes, and paperwork, and if anything goes wrong even if it's not in our area of expertise it always falls back onto us and we feel the wrath... I myself have personally been told by upper management that there are hundreds of people wanting this job for the experience and that if we don't like the pay grade then we can leave and another person will take our position by the next day. I would never sugget someone to work here just from the way we are treated by management. I would contine on my rant but I think it would be easier to have someone come in and see just how things are really ran around here, and for them to see what we deal with daily compared to how much we get paid. Bc honestly we should be making more then people in fast food restaurants

If you work for this company you will get screwed over when it come to raises.You could get blamed for things you havn't done or even been around for.Management is a laugh.In this company one hand doesn't know what the other is doing or saying.One will promiss you the world the other one will take it away from you.This is what Paladin stands for.

There are no stars so I can’t rate the company. I will say this, I have never worked for a worse company in my life. They lied during my interview telling me that after 3 months and again after a year I would get a raise, when I asked a supervisor about it after I was hired he laughed and walked away. Moral is gone, they treat us like trash. They will and have thrown people under the bus to save face and have proven time and again that the employees are worthless to them. If you’re looking for a job, keep looking elsewhere.
